What traditions are there in Witchcraft?
Unfortunately, this is a very hard question to answer. In the past, before the whole Christianity reign, Witches were spread out all over the globe, each country, village, town, area or even household having their own tradition. Most of those traditions have now died out with their practitioners (either because the lineage had stopped or a generation never bothered to pass down the secrets of the tradition). This is why it is a bit difficult to pinpoint whatever is left out there. Most of the survived traditions are those of Celtic origin, especially Irish (this being because when the Christians invaded and converted the Celts, many of the Irish regions remained untouched by the Inquisition, which made their traditions persevere). These days, there are a few traditions out there, but many are beginning to die out after all this time due mostly to a lack of practitioners and the commitment to the real, ancient practice of Witchcraft (especially since most people interested in Witchcraft
