The torque is 65-70 ft lbs. Looking at the head with the valve cover area away from you the bolts are numbered top row 7, 5, 1, 3, 10 and the bottom row 11, 9, 4, 2, 6, 8, 12. Tighten them in in order from 1 to 12. The rocker arm bolts are torqued to 45- 50 ft lbs.
