What topics need to be addressed in a Corrective Action Plan?
According to the AmeriCorps Rule, your Corrective Action Plan needs to be in writing and should include all of the following: The factors impacting your performance goals. The strategy you are using and the corrective action you are taking to get back on track toward your established performance measures. The timeframe within which you plan to achieve getting back on track with your performance measures.
