What topics are considered acceptable for the thesis?
Before or during the first module students identify a problem to examine for the duration of the programme. The problem should be related to the human aspect of change in organisations. It can be a practical problem, related to a specific situation experienced or witnessed personally, or it can be a more general and theoretical issue, provided it is addressed through real-life examples. The thesis subject will evolve around the problem or issue already examined throughout the programme and on which students will have written six post-module papers. Please note that the thesis is not a mere addition to the six papers, even though the content of the papers can be reused. The idea is that having already written those six papers, a large part of the groundwork for the thesis will have been completed.
