What tools do you use to keep track of historical costs & complexity for completed software development efforts?
Our goal is to build up a searchable database of prior efforts to assist in accurately projecting costs for future efforts. We are not particularly interested in estimation tools like Cost Xpert because of the different modeling/weights that would have to be used by essentially every software group at my company.
