What tools can be used to customize a Stikfas?
Pretty much anything can become a customizing tool if it fits your purposes. However, there are a few tools that most Stikfas customizers have and use on a regular basis. This is just a short list of suggested tools, it certainly isn’t a complete list: • Flush side cutters – These are like your regular wire cutters except that one side is completely “flush,” letting you cut your Stikfas parts out of the sprues more easily and with less plastic to sand off later. • Exacto knife(s) – A sharp set of these, or a retractable/reusable blade lets you shave off small bits of plastic and sculpt epoxy or Sculpey after they are dried. • Cutting board – Something to cut on without having to worry about scratches in your table.
