TOOLS on the CD-ROM, there are some command-line utilities that appear to allow you to modify or create new mission files and mech animations. There is documentation for the tools in the MW2DOC.HTM file. Dan Kegel mentions that: The mission tools are already on the released Mercs disc in \TOOLS. These are the same tools we use in-house.
