I would go for a black & white look. Maybe wear a pair of strappy black or silver heels and take a small black, white, or silver clutch bag. If it’s a formal occasion you don’t want to bring a big bag. Also for jewelry I’d keep it simple. Maybe a diamond solitaire and some dangly earrings that match or perhaps a string of pearls with matching studs.
