What to wear in Las Vegas?
It is like this. If you are going to a show or a fine restaurant for the evening, dress nice. Nice in Las Vegas is best described as Country Club Casual. If you are going to one of those exclusive Night Clubs the ladies are always dressed in sexy short dresses, very high heels and too much make-up . I do not go to clubs but you cannot help but see the folks lined up waiting to get in. That being said, there is another alternative for partying. Places like Kahunaville in Treasure Island. This is a restaurant and party bar. It is far more casual, no cover, and a lot of fun. They have “Flair” bartenders who toss the bottles all over while making huge interesting drinks. There is a DJ and plenty of people. What is not there is the pretense, the attitude and the posing you will see in the Clubs. There are other such places but this happens to be my favorite.
