What to wear for admin interview at a school for kids with behavioural problems?

I’ve applied for an admin assistant and a school for kids with emotional and behavioural difficulties.I have a legal background so am used to suits but I don’t think that would be appropriate for this type of position and certainly not for this type of school (I’d guess anyway,never worked in one!) What does everyone think?I’m wondering if something more relaxed may be more appropriate due to the kids needs etc
