If the pipe is exposed, you can pick up some heat wrap tape at a hardware store, which is normally used for water pipes in cold climates. This tape is generally made of wide plastic tape with an electrical wire inserted inside. You may need an extension cord to hook it up to an outlet. If the clog is below ground, try using a 50/50 blend of antifreeze, the non toxic kind that cost a few bucks more, but is safe for the environment. Regular antifreeze is 100% propylene glycol, a toxic viscous alcohol that is sweet tasting, attracting dogs and wildlife.
