If you have your baby via natural childbirth, you’ll only be in the hospital for a very short period of time, so you won’t need shampoo/conditioner/body wash/razor/qtips etc… You’ll need sanitary pads, comfortable 2 piece PJ’s & underwear & slippers. If you have vaginal stiches, you won’t be able to bathe down there plus you’ll be pretty sore. You’ll be given just a special water bottle to rinse your stiches after each bowel/urine movement. For the baby: Onesie undershirt Onesie pyjama Snowsuit 1 blanket 1 hat diapers/wipes (expect baby’s first bowel movement to be very tar-like) You’ll be happy to go home after you give birth.
