What to look for when shopping used jet skis?
you want to look to make sure the throttle linkage and all engine components are in-tact, look for wear on the hull (the bottom of the jetski) and sun damage, and ask from whom ever you buy it from to start it and run it outside of the water or in to make sure it actually runs listen for rattling or any other suspicous engine noises you want a nice clean idle sound, if you own dirtbikes you should know what that sounds like, make sure that the engine bay is somewhat clean, since it is used, you dont want alot of salt water grime build up if you live in a salt water area, just look over the entire PWC looking for any cracks or breaks or damage
