You can definitely feed the cat with kidney problems chicken, eggs and anything that has animal protein in it. Kitty with kidney problems needs loads of fluids, and the dry food is, well, dry. It’s much better to give them wet food for the extra fluid intake. Also check the ingredients on the food, they may not be ideal, and there are healthier options out there. I wouldn‘t really recommend feeding any dry food.
