What to expect at group training sessions?
With the group training program you get the fun and support of a group setting with the benefit of a customized workout based on your current fitness level. The group sessions include up to 5 people in our fitness studio, supervised by our NSCA certified personal trainers. Everyone works at the same time performing an exercise at one of the five different stations. After performing an exercise for 30 seconds, they move to the next station. Exercises vary in difficulty and muscle group affected. Each person works at their own pace during the 30 second time period. Example: While some may perform 15 – 20 repetitions with 30 pound dumbbells, someone else may perform only 4 – 8 repetitions using 5 pound dumbbells for the same exercise. We have found this approach to be a winning formula.
