What to eat with couscous?
Well I am into food combining myself, i.e. not mixing concentrated starches with concentrated proteins. Couscous works really well with grilled peppers, with their skins removed; courgettes, aubergines, garlic, lemon juice and black pepper. Cook and chop all the veg finely then add to the couscous with the flavourings. Or you could be adventurous and have couscous with honey as a dessert.
