If the global inbox does weird things, items come back even when you definitely trashed them, or you receive an error message when you open DEVONthink, try the following: • Quit DT Pro. • Please take a look at the folder named “Inbox” at /Home/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Pro 2/. Move “Inbox” temporarily to the Desktop. • Now select the file named “Inbox.dtBase2” at /Home/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Pro 2/. Move this database file to the Desktop, too. • Launch DT Pro 2. Was a new, empty Global Inbox created? If so, continue. If not, contact our support team. • Select the old “Inbox.dtBase2” database file on the Desktop. Right click it and choose the contextual menu command “Show Package Contents”. Open the folder named “Files.noindex”. Any files contained there will be stored inside subfolders, by filetype. You can now capture those files into a database, using any capture method you prefer: • From the DT Pro menu, File > Import > Files & Folders, selecting the fil
