What to do if the blinds arrive damaged?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and do not sign for it if the packaging seems to be damaged. You may choose to refuse the order and it will automatically be returned to our factory where it will be instantly replaced and reshipped. If you think the damager is only superficial, you may accept the shipment, but sign by writing DAMAGED instead of your regular signature. Report any concealed damage to us within 24 hrs. of receiving your shipment. Depending on the type of damage, the blind will have to be sent back to us and we will instantly replace the damaged parts and re-ship.
