What to do if online activation fails?

There is little chance of online activation failing. However, if a failure occurs, please make sure your internet connection is working correctly and verify that the correct product code was entered. If you are still not able to activate the software, please contact support@toonboom.com quoting the error message displayed in the Activation Failed page of the Toon Boom Activation Wizard.
