What to do about tiredness during pregnancy??
Its totally normal. All I wanted to do was sleep too. I was always a night owl – staying up till at least 1 am every night and even before I took my pregnancy test, I suspected something was going on since I found myself wanting to go to bed at 7:30 pm all of a sudden. I daydreamed about bedtime all day and my new phrase was “I just can’t” to everything that required effort and energy. There is nothing you can really do about it except rest. This can last until your second trimester (or beyond). I read somewhere that in the beginning, your body is working as hard as if you had just run a marathon. No wonder you’re tired! Enjoy the rest while you can…
