What to do about disgusting neighbor???
Chas S. says: Please, please, please help me. Please. I have the most disgusting neighbors that REFUSE to take out their garbage. They leave it outside their door for, oh I don’t know, 3 days, 5 days, a week and a half. Squirrels and (most likely rats) get into it and drag it all over the walk ways. Fucking nasty. Oh, and just this past Monday I came out to our deck covered in what looks like pizza sauce. So lovely. My livid calls to the landlord have produced no results. I get a lot of “we’ll send a letter”…but guess what? It ain’t working!!! Our $100 wicker lawn chair has been ruined and tossed out and I actually came in and cried tears of frustration for about 10 minutes after tossing it into the trash. These nasty assholes are never home or ignore my knocks on their door. So I’m totally at wits end. I guess I care a little too much about NOT living in trash. Call me crazy. So what can I do? Call the cops? Vandalize their property with their own disgusting refuse?? Please help me.
