It has natural beauty and outstanding physical properties that make it one of the world’s most unique woods. It is naturally resistant to decay and insects. Metal is also a good choice, but it is not nearly as asthetically pleasing as part of your landscape as wood would be.

The only downside is that since it is so susceptible to rust, it isn’t as durable as the other types and it may not last as long. Vinyl – Vinyl is a great thing to side your shed with for a couple of reasons. One it already comes in a color so you won’t have to paint it ever. Two it won’t rot from water, or split, warp or crack. Also it is impervious to bugs, so they won’t be able to burrow in. The downside is that it is more expensive, but it is very low maintenance, and it will last a long time.
