What TinyOS email lists exist?
The various TinyOS-related lists can be found linked off the TinyOS support page. Why is my post to the tinyos-help list being held for moderator approval? The reason mailman gives is: “Post by non-member to a members-only list” but I AM already a member of tinyos-help. What’s up? The reason is probably that the address that you’re sending from is slightly different from the email address that you joined with. For example, if I’m joined as ‘kwright@cs.berkeley.edu’ and I send mail as ‘kwright@eecs.berkeley.edu’, the Mailman list management software can’t tell that both email addresses belong to the same person. Or perhaps you’ve joined with your work email address, yet you’re trying to send email from your home email address. There are two approaches you can take: first, you can be sure to always send from the address that you’re joined with.
