What times do the gates open?
Suite and Club Guests may enter the Arena one and a half hours prior to game time by entering at either the disabled entrance (under the awning) at the Southeast parking lot level or by walking up the ramp on the south side of the Arena under the awning, and entering at the south side lobby (the administrative office entrance). All other patrons may enter the Arena one hour before game time through all Pyramid gates. Suite and Club Guests may enjoy the Riverside Club for one hour after the game. Children Children under the age of two (2) do not require a ticket to enter the Arena for Grizzlies’ games. Such infants cannot occupy a seat, and must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
