What times are facilitators required to be at the conference?
Facilitators are expected to arrive one day before the conference begins to assist with set up, unpacking shipment, and courseware preparation. Many conferences offer one and two-day classes before the five-day classes begin. Facilitators are notified by email of arrival and departure dates prior to the event. Facilitators work long days and arrive at assigned times between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM (depending on the conference and the day), and stay until between 6:00 PM and 9:30 PM each day or until their assigned tasks have been completed.
