It depends on your personal preference and and the type of trips you do. If you primarily fly within one or two time zones domestically, then you might be more comfortable using the Local Time setting. If you fly internationally and cross many time zones, maybe you will be more comfortable using GMT. When you enter your Sked in GMT, SayPosition automatically converts to the proper Local time if you decide to switch to Local Time. Keep in mind that many companies will provide their schedules with the local times of your destinations. In that case, it might be easier to just input your schedule times the same as they are provided by your company.
