A. Two (2) hours before the start of your event (Not the start of our services) is usually more than enough time for us to setup our equipment. There is no charge for setup or the time that the equipment is not being used.

A. We ask to be able to arrive at least two (2) hours before the start of your event (Not the start of our services). But 2 hours is usually more than enough time for us to setup our equipment and do a full sound and lighting check. There is no charge for setup or the time that the equipment is not being used. This also allows us the chance to meet with your other vendors to go over the nights program so we can ensure that everyone works together as a team.
