What time should i run 2 km and 500 meters in?
Umm, I’d have to go ahead and guess 8 minutes-12 minutes, depending on your physical state right now. I’m an out of shape male, Recently for the last two weeks i’ve been jogging every day and honestly i went from not being able to jog a quater km to being able to jog 2 km in 8 minutes without breaking to walk just in two weeks, and i have a lot of muscle mass also, So i’d have to guess 8-12 minutes for you depending on your height, weight. I’d sugggest drinking a lot of water, 2 Litres a day, and jogging every morning, Just jog, As far as you can, push it abit! And then walk. Do it for 20-30 minutes a day and you’ll notice a difference in the distance and speed you can go after a week easily.
