What time must graduates reach University Cultural Centre for the ceremony?

Seating time for graduates and guests commences one hour prior to the official start time of each ceremony. To ensure that the ceremony will start on time, all graduates must be seated inside the UCC Auditorium at 10.00 am for the First Ceremony (which will be held on Monday 6 July 2009 at 11 am), and at 9.40 am/2.40 pm/7.40 pm for the remaining morning/ afternoon/ evening ceremonies, respectively. The seat number is printed on the Graduate Attendance Card.
