What time is the check-in and check-out, and what is the check-in procedure?
Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out is available by prior arrangement with a fee of $75.00. Upon arrival, all guests are required to register at our office. We will upon check-in take an imprint and authorization on a major credit card for $250 or cash deposit of $1,000.00 as security against negligence or additional charges. After your departure, the cleaning staff will clean and inspect the property to confirm there is nothing damaged or lost. The reserving guest is responsible for each person staying in the vacation home. If the vacation home is not damaged we will then return the Security Deposit within 14 business days after check-out. In the event damages are discovered or your keys are not returned, we will contact you with regards to the costs involved.
