The price for a ceremony includes half hour of pre-ceremony music, and up to forty minutes for the processionals, ceremony, and recessionals (exits). Most standard wedding ceremonies are easily covered in this time frame. Certain factors (ceremonies including Communion, homily or additional vocals) may increase this time and extra fees would be assessed. We require our musicians to report on a job fifteen minutes before they are to perform. Reception times may be contracted for one hour and a half, two hours or more, as needed. Most standard receptions that will not include dancing, serving of a seated dinner or alcoholic beverages usually require no more than 1.5 hours of music.
