Between 2:00pm and 10:00 pm. If you need a later check in call the office to make arrangements to get a key at 1-888-818-6477.

Check-in is at 3pm. However, if we have rooms available based on the type of accommodation reserved it is our pleasure to room you before that time.

Check-in is absolutely no later than 30 minutes prior to the boat’s scheduled departure time. For example, if the boat is scheduled to leave at 8am, we do not honor reservations after 7:30am, even if we have a deposit. Please note that large parties without a deposit will be required to check-in at least 45 minutes prior to sailing time. When making a reservation, a specific check-in time will be given.

Check-in begins at 8 a.m. for freshman orientation. Transfer orientation check-in begins at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 14.

Check-in time is from 2.30pm. Reception is open 24H so even if you arrive after midnight it isn’t a problem. If you arrive prior to check in time, you can leave your luggage in our FREE luggage room or use our secure lockers (charge applies).
