You will need to pick up your registration details at least 3/4 hour before the first race at 9:00am. Parking may be tight so please allow extra time. The 8 km race will commence first followed by the 3km event.

The event officially starts at 9:00AM however my recommendation is to arrive early to get the best seat possible. Please ensure when you sit down that there are no gaps lefts in the theatre as this will only pro-long our starting time.
