What time can the facilitator access the room on the day of the event?
The Training Suite will be open 15 minutes before the agreed booking time, facilitators and delegates will be given access, but they should be aware that their room might not be quite ready for them. If earlier access is required, we can make arrangements, but this may incur an additional charge for out of hours use. In all cases, it is best to check with Training Suite staff.
