From 01 April 2009, the following branch hours apply: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart, Perth, Adelaide 0730- 1600 hours: 1 September to 30 April 1000 – 1600 hours: 1 May to 31 August Alice Springs, Darwin, Broome, Cairns 0730 – 1600 hours: 1 May to 31 October 1000 – 1600 hours: 1 November to 30 April Customers collecting or returning their vehicle must be at the branch by 1530 hours.
