What tightbore inner barrels are better?
The question when comparing the lower-cost Systema-level barrels and KM-level inner barrels is if the KM barrel is really worth the extra money. That is really dependent on your budget and your consistent habit of cleaning your inner barrel. The other big factors when it comes to inner barrels is the raw material, meaning the metal. Is it aluminum, brass, or steel? Why? Because of minute vibrations in the barrel due to firing, accuracy can be affected. The stiffer the barrel, the better. In other words, that is why a PDI barrel consistently does so well in accuracy findings and costs so much as well. Either barrel can serve you well with a good hopup rubber and chamber, and neither barrel varies that much in performance when compared to the other. However, Systema barrels seem to collect more grime than the KM barrels, so it seems to require a bit more periodic cleaning. The KM inner barrels are a bit more slick, so grime doesn’t seem to build up quite as quickly. Also be aware of barr
