In mine right now I have: – 5 nappies – 1 pack of wipes – a travel-sized changing mat – a clean vest and a baby-gro (sleepsuit) in case an emergency change of clothes is needed – half a dozen nappy sacks – bottle of hand sanitiser – a little tupperware tub containing a spare dummy (pacifier), one of those oral syringes for giving medicine, and a gummy teether (one of those ones that looks like a dummy/pacifier with rubber prongs lol) – a travel-sized tube of Bepanthen – travel-size tube of Bonjela – small bottle of Calpol – 2 bibs – three bottles It sounds a lot but most of it is tiny and/or foldable. If you live in the UK you can get a free nappy bag from Boots parenting club. It has a travel-size changing mat in it and an insulated pocket for bottles as well as loads of other pockets and puches for storing things.
