Food wouldn’t contain amphetamine, unless someone spiked the food with it. Any food that had amphetamine in it and was then cooked would likely have little amphetamine left since amphetamine is not stable at high temperatures. Another drug (I’m assuming you’re asking about prescription drugs) that contains amphetamine is desoxyn, which is prescription methamphetamine.
