The Emotional Intelligence Appraisal™ measures emotional intelligence using the four core skills from the #1 emotional intelligence model: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. This theory is grounded in the idea that emotional skills are learned. These skills contribute to effective performance at work as well as life satisfaction.
