What the tradition at Easter for little ones?
When I was a wee girl, my mum used to boil eggs and then paint faces on them. We then went into the garden and rolled them down the pathway, to signify the rolling away of the stone that was in front of Jesus’ tomb. After a few years, we were able to paint the eggs ourselves, which was huge fun. I’ve never been involved in hunting around for chocolate eggs, although it was something that some of my friends used to do on Easter Sunday.
