Her survival rate has increased verses not having surgery, but brain cancers often recur and the fact that it was not completely removed decreases her chance of survival. It would be helpful to know what kind of cancer she has and the grade. Brain cancer is not staged. Dr.Gagan Saini is clearly no doctor this is the third incorrect answer he has given that I have seen.
