Good question! As with any other party, the only way to know what it is is to come in and look around. Meet some people and introduce yourself. And this is exactly what you do here! Mostly for people who have something to do with Kharkov, the second largest city in Ukraine, this is a place to find old friends and make new ones, exchange news or gossips, and generally have fun.
