Disney takes their movies on and off the market, in large part to artificially drive up hype for a particular title. Then, every 7 years, they can re-release the movie to great fanfare and sell it to another generation of kids. The vault is just a euphemism for “not currently in release status” Your best bet is to find an old one through amazon.com or ebay.
