What the heck is Kettle Corn?
It’s got sugar in it, in addition to the salt! It actually is really good, I think, although I’ve never had the microwave version of it, only the kind you get at fairs and shows outdoors! They make it in a huge black kettle (hence the name), and add sugar and salt while it’s being popped. It’s VERY popular everywhere I’ve seen it being sold! Maybe the microwave version isn’t as good, I don’t know–I guess now I will have to try it!
