Regular casula is every day type clothes. Business casual would be a nice skirt and blouse, or kakhis and a button down shirt, maybe something you would wear to work or church. Semi-formal is a knee length dress or kakhis, button down shirt, and tie. Formal is a long gown or tux, like what you would wear to a prom or wedding.
