Our quality blueprint for replicating the safety and damageability characteristics of the OEM part begins with material property testing followed by material thickness validation and finally creating the part in the same shape and form as OEM. Our parts are subjected to vehicle test fits where applicable and against OE Style master check fixture inspections. Most importantly, Diamond Standard structural parts are dynamically and destructively tested comparatively to OEM service parts by an accredited independent test facility to certify that the Diamond Standard part meets the crashworthiness performance of the OEM part.
