What temperatures and fuels does the Sedore burn most efficiently?
The Sedore Stove will operate effeciently over a wide range of temperatures burning a wide range of fuels. The manufacturer recommends running the furnace at a minimum of 300 degrees in the furnace and 150 degrees in the stack. To clear out any creosote that may be in the furnace or stack, bring the temperature up to 800 degrees about once a week.
