75 degrees Fahrenheit is optimal but in many cases hard to maintain. If the room temperature is 75 degrees the system will run a little warmer because the submersible pump puts out a small amount of heat. The best way to control the correct temperature is to place the Aquastorm on a cold surface such as a basement floor. This will allow the heater to adjust the water temperature as needed. If the air injection system is working properly higher water temperatures are usually not a problem. We have seen success rates as high as 100% in water temperatures above 90 degrees Fahrenheit without fungicide. If the system temperature is allowed to go above 100 degrees, success rates will drop considerably.
