What temperature is maintained in Kehler Properties heated units?
We have the thermostats locked in many of our heated units to discourage tampering and wasting of precious fuel. We are not required by law to provide heat in excess of 68 degrees. We generously set most of our thermostats to temperatures ranging from 70 to 74 degrees in some units where elderly or children live. If you are used to controlling your own heat and keeping it set above these temperatures, we will instead refer you to rent one of our units that you must pay for your own heat.
