What technology areas will be addressed by the new DeVenCI?
Any DoD-relevant new technology is a candidate for identification and leveraging by DeVenCI. However, to help ensure focused activity and meaningful interactions between participants, the majority of DeVenCI efforts will be centered around specific technology sectors. The first DeVenCI technology sector is in Information Technology (IT). New technology sectors will be included in the near future from a list that includes biotechnology, sensors, energy, materials/nanotechnology, electronics, and space.
